Полномочия идентичности - это параметры безопасности, которые широко используются для аутентификации заявляемой идентичности. Полномочия включают в себя пароли, метки, указания по безопасности, информацию, связанную с PKI, например, ключи, сертификаты, орган, подписавший сертификат, криптографическую информацию, и т.д. Полномочия, создаваемые, как правило, третьими сторонами или при их содействии - служат для аутентификации утверждающей стороны.
